The physio is treating my knees for arthritis.
After another painful riding session of 10km, I went to the physio.
After examining xrays, she is looking at managing and not curing.
I am guttered and can't believe it has happened and happened so suddenly.
I am following her treatment to the letter (stretching, strapping, treatment) and hope
the condition improves.
If anyone has any remedies let me know.
I do not want my riding days to end.
