Sad news. My ankles are too painful to ride even 5km.
So I am having an extended rest of pedalling and doing
a ton of swimming (doctor's orders).
Good news. I have a swimming pool in the backyard and have
been swimming everyday.
I do sneak a 10 minute ride on the trainer which is great.
So all you able ankled riders out there spin a few for me.
Will keep the blog updated with ankle progress.
